Ingredients (makes 4–6 wraps):
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
- Salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste
- 4–6 tortillas or wraps
- Lettuce or spinach (optional for crunch)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mayo, mustard, and seasoning.
- Place a scoop of tuna mixture on a tortilla.
- Add lettuce/spinach if you like.
- Fold the sides inward and roll up (burrito-style).
Variations:
- Spicy: Add sriracha, chili flakes, or diced jalapeños.
- Crunchy: Add diced celery, bell peppers, or crushed tortilla chips.
- More Filling: Mix in white beans, chickpeas, or hard-boiled egg.
- Avocado: Spread mashed avocado or guacamole for healthy fats.
